The first step is a free 20 minute telephone consultation which gives us a chance to have a chat about your issues and for you to decide if I'm the right person to help you. I listen to you and we decide on the best way to work.
Counselling
I provide a warm, comfortable, safe, supportive and confidential place for you to explore your issues.
I listen to you without judgement or conditions. I really hear you, your unique story, your own personal feelings and emotions about situations.
We all process things differently and feel differently about things and we then often judge ourselves as we may not be handling things the way others do. We may also receive judgement from others who expect us to think and feel as they do.

Life Coaching
Life coaching helps you move forward, enabling you to choose the correct course of action which is in alignment with your true inner values, empowering you to make and meet your desired goals. Life coaching examines what is happening in your life now in the present moment and helps you move forward, overcoming obstacles and challenges. I help you find your true inner values and find out what is stopping you from living your life based on your true inner values, needs and desires. I help you discover what is standing in the way and what you can do to move you in the direction you want to go. I help you set goals and encourage, support and motivate you to take action towards these goals to make your dreams a reality.
Hypnotherapy
A hypnotherapy session is nothing like you see on the television! It's a wonderful, relaxing experience where I guide you into a lovely meditative state. Once in this state of relaxation we can access your subconscious mind and I then give you alternative suggestions or a preferred way you would like to think, feel or behave to create lasting changes.

The answers lie in the subconscious mind. This is where many of our blockages lie.
Did you know our sub conscious mind rules our lives and is responsible for 90% of our thoughts, beliefs and behaviours?
Did you know we form most of these before the age of 7 based on our upbringing?
Most of these belief systems remain unconscious. Locked in our sub conscious minds, which means the way we live our lives is programmed for us when we are children. Many of us are still living our lives that way, never questioning the way we think, feel and behave.
This may work for us if we are raised by emotionally intelligent parents and surrounded by centred, grounded and emotionally intelligent people, but the majority of us do not grow up this way, which means many people have some kind of dysfunctional belief system hard-wired into them. But the good news is we can change this. The first stop is awareness, what programmes are currently running in your sub conscious mind that are not serving you well? I can help you with this awareness, using different techniques, we can find the belief systems that are not serving you well, that are stopping your success. We can then set about changing your wiring to a belief that is based on your truth.
EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE
EFT is a technique that can release stuck emotions with a simple tapping technique. It's based on the traditional meridian points which have been used by acupuncturists for over 5000 years, but without the invasiveness of needles.
With EFT, we tune into a problem, or the feelings about the problem. As the client is tuning in, they tap on the meridian points. The theory is that when you have an event in your life, that causes a negative emotion a blockage may occur in your energetic system. This blockage continues to produce the negative emotion whenever triggered, so by tapping it out whilst focused on the feelings we can release the blockages, freeing us of the negative emotion.
