Telephone counselling
Telephone counselling is the preferred choice for many people who are either unable to leave their home or who work long hours and find travelling to a counsellor difficult.
It may be that you are frequently travelling due to your work and spend large amounts of time in a different location.
Or you may have had an experience which has caused you to feel safer talking by phone.
In these instances, all you need is a telephone and a private, uninterrupted space.
If you re-locate, visit others or go on holiday, counselling can continue and often proves to be a more flexible arrangement.
Should you decide that after an initial time receiving telephone counselling, you wish to meet face to face, then this too can be arranged.
